📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee audit engagements, ensuring compliance with international standards such as ISA (International Standards on Auditing).
• Develop and implement audit plans, timelines, and resource allocations for assigned engagements.
• Conduct fieldwork and interviews with clients to gather evidence and assess risks.
• Prepare and present audit reports, including management letters and working papers, to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely completion of audit projects.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in auditing standards and regulations.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international auditing standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
