📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily EMC and RF testing operations, ensuring adherence to ISO and IEC standards.
• Conduct and supervise EMC and RF compliance testing using advanced equipment such as spectrum analyzers, EMI receivers, and anechoic chambers.
• Develop and implement testing procedures and methodologies to meet project requirements.
• Mentor and train junior staff on EMC and RF testing techniques and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Maintain and calibrate EMC and RF testing equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address any testing discrepancies.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in EMC and RF testing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EMC and RF testing, with a focus on compliance testing.
• Certification in EMC and RF testing, such as CESM, CEMPE, or equivalent.
• Proven experience with EMC and RF testing equipment, including spectrum analyzers, EMI receivers, and anechoic chambers.
• Strong knowledge of ISO and IEC standards for EMC and RF testing.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to train and develop junior staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
