📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage the accounting and tax processes, including month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning.
• Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax, with a strong background in financial management and reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
• Experience in managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
