📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of full financial statements (FS) in compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to support the company's growth.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts and accountants.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial operations and compliance.
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certifications in financial compliance (e.g., CPA, CFA, or ACCA) are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
