📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of agronomists and researchers, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Design and oversee agronomic research projects, including crop trials, soil analysis, and sustainable farming practices.
• Collaborate with farmers, extension services, and industry partners to implement research findings and improve agricultural practices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, research institutions, and farming communities.
• Analyze data from research projects to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present research findings to internal and external stakeholders, including investors and clients.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in agronomy and crop science, and incorporate this knowledge into the company’s research strategy.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the agricultural sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in agronomic research and development, with a proven track record of leading research projects.

• Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
