📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Manage and mentor a team of site supervisors and workers, fostering a culture of safety and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and building codes.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure design specifications are met during construction.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements without compromising quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction supervision, with a strong background in infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Certification as a Civil Engineer or equivalent qualification.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
