📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement SDR enablement programs to enhance the performance and productivity of our Sales Development Representatives.
• Create and deliver training materials, including workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions, to equip SDRs with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to address these areas.
• Monitor and analyze SDR performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to SDRs to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our SDRs are equipped with the latest tools and knowledge.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between sales enablement strategies and overall business objectives.
• Measure the impact of enablement initiatives and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SDR Enablement Specialist or a similar role in a sales or business development environment.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and coach others effectively.
• Analytical skills to monitor and analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive results.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement platforms is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
