You will also be responsible for the safety of our equipment and our team, and you will be responsible for ensuring that our equipment is compliant with all relevant regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain mobile mining equipment such as excavators, loaders, and trucks.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues promptly.
- Monitor equipment performance and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
- Train and supervise junior staff on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
- Keep detailed records of equipment maintenance and performance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile equipment maintenance and operation.
- Proven experience with mobile mining equipment such as excavators, loaders, and trucks.
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and experience operating heavy machinery.
- Certification in mobile equipment maintenance and operation is a plus.
