📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee and manage a team of stitchers to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
• Set and monitor production targets to meet daily and monthly goals.
• Conduct regular quality checks to maintain the standard of our products.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes.
• Report to management on production progress and any issues encountered.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the textile industry.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of stitching techniques and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills and software.
