📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the company's shipping and purchasing processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics providers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure compliance with company policies.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Track and manage the status of shipments, including tracking numbers, delivery dates, and any potential delays or issues.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately.,Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to shipping, purchasing, and supply chain operations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.,Provide training and support to warehouse staff and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in a food or beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or other relevant tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Experience with international shipping and customs clearance procedures is a plus.,Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
