📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and policies to protect Aspiro's digital assets,Lead and oversee the cybersecurity team, ensuring the effective implementation of security measures,Monitor and respond to security threats and incidents, minimizing the impact on business operations,Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements,Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration of security measures into business processes,Provide cybersecurity training and awareness programs for employees,Work closely with external partners and vendors to ensure the security of third-party systems and data

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on executive roles,Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing cybersecurity programs,Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR),Experience with cloud security and infrastructure security,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus
