📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and effective learning programs that support our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Create and maintain a learning management system (LMS) to track and manage learning programs.
  • Conduct needs assessments and learning analysis to identify training and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and deliver training programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Strong background in adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful learning solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
