Space Data Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the operations of our outlet in Klaten. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure the outlet meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer foot traffic and sales.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor outlet performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and ensure timely restocking of products.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and events to promote the brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
