📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide pharmaceutical care and support to patients and healthcare providers.,Dispense medications and provide patient education on proper medication use.,Monitor and report on medication usage and patient outcomes.,Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective medication use.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication usage and patient information.,Stay up-to-date on changes in pharmaceutical care and best practices.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to ensure high-quality care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,At least 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical care setting.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical care and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and medical terminology.,Valid pharmacy license and certification in the relevant jurisdiction.
