In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Implement and monitor marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high performance standards.,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in the development and execution of the store's annual plan.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior.
