📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation.,Coordinate training and development programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.
