📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective use of financial resources.,Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.,Manage the payroll process, including payroll calculations, tax deductions, and employee payments.,Oversee the accounting and bookkeeping functions of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Proven track record of success in financial management and analysis.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
