📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with the Training Officer to ensure the smooth execution of training activities.,Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials and resources.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and support to participants to enhance their learning experience.,Assist in the organization of training events and workshops.,Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Certification in training and development (preferred).,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
