Crystal Urban Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Assistant Learning Development to join our team. As an Assistant Learning Development, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of learning programs. This position offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of learning programs and initiatives.,Support the delivery of training sessions and workshops.,Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of learning activities.,Assist in the creation and maintenance of learning materials and resources.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Support the development of learning and development strategies.,Assist in the management of learning and development budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a learning and development or training role.,Strong organizational and administrative skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Understanding of learning theories and best practices.
