Hotel Zahra Electronics is looking for a dedicated Assistant Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers accurately and efficiently.,Prepare and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll for employees, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the company.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide support to the accounting team and assist in audits and reviews as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
