📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and maintain a strong client base, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance sales performance.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share knowledge and improve skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the property or real estate industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English skills a plus.
