As a Sage X3 Administrator & Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our Sage X3 ERP system, ensuring its smooth operation and providing technical assistance to our team members. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the Sage X3 ERP system, ensuring its smooth operation and security.,Provide technical support to team members, assisting with system-related issues and queries.,Monitor system performance, identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks.,Develop and implement system improvements and enhancements based on user feedback and business requirements.,Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.,Stay up-to-date with the latest Sage X3 updates and releases, ensuring our system is always current.,Train and mentor team members on the use of the Sage X3 system and related technologies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of the Sage X3 system with other business processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Sage X3 Administrator or similar role, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment.,Strong understanding of ERP systems and their implementation.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.,Certification in Sage X3 or related technologies is a plus.,Experience with system administration, network security, and disaster recovery is a plus.
