📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify the best candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in person and virtually.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
