In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing property sales activities, ensuring that our clients receive the best service and our properties are sold efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage property sales activities, including marketing, negotiations, and closing deals.,Maintain and update the property database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the property market.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.,Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and training sessions to stay current with best practices and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in property sales or a related field.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian property market and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
