In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Proven experience in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.
