📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and navigate the vessel safely and efficiently.,Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vessel operations and maintenance.,Coordinate with the crew to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Handle emergencies and crises effectively, ensuring the safety of the crew and passengers.,Monitor weather and sea conditions, and make necessary adjustments to the voyage plan.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.,Ensure the vessel is in good condition and ready for operation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited) with STCW certification.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and company policies.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good physical fitness and health.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
