📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and other operational data.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to identify any potential issues.,Assist in the training and development of new drivers.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to fleet operations.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for fleet performance and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
